In response to the complaint filed by [redacted] I was hired to cut trees from her Property, remove wood and debris,Contract attachedThe Job took two days to complete 8/18/and 8/19/15.When we completed the job on 8/Ms Hampton was not home so we were notpaid for the job I received a message the next morning 8/20/ from [redacted] that she was not happy with what she felt was debris being left,her swing set and grill were not placed where she wanted and also stated therewas a broken fence and something wrong with her walkwayI went back immediatelywith my crewThe debris she spoke of was from the grinded down stumps, after the stumps are grinded down you fill the holes in with the stump grindings for settleing and to aviod anyone from getting hurt by leaving open holes, however we removed some more of thegrindings as she requestedWe moved the swing set and grill to the location she wantedI used wire ties to fix the fence and restaked down her walk way edging(The pictures attached must be before we came back)I did all of this to make sure the customer was happy..After all this was done She paid us and than we leftWe did not get paid until after we came back and did what she requested on Aug 20thI never received a call stating there was ever any other problem after we went back and got paiddays later on Aug 30th I saw that [redacted] went on my [redacted] the day before, and every other internet site I guess she could(see attached) and went on complaing about mycompany and the services she receivedIf I would of received a call asking me to come back,I would of been back immediatlety to discuss any problem or dissatiaction I was never giving the chance.This is my business and my livelyhood and I always make every attemp to satisfy my customersShe never called me or asked me to come back, She went on Social Media and complained.I responded on [redacted] immediately to her complaint (see attached)She than proceeded to continue on with her complaints, calling me a liar, a thug etcShe also called out another person who I did work for a liarI attached all her comments This job was percent completed, all the wood wasremoved and debris per our contractThe only thing left was the grindingsIf there wasa piece of stump that needed to be regrinded I would of had no problem going back, but it sounds like she wantsher grounds extavated which is not a service I do or that was requestedWith regards to the statement that I was to leave the wood,We did have a converstation but I advised her that this is pine and filled with sap and is not safe to burn as it pops.I stand behind my work and feel no matter what was done [redacted] would not of beensatifiedAt this point I do not feel there can be any other work done for [redacted] as she has turned this into a mission to try to destroy my business, defram my chacter and demand money back for a jobthat was completed

If there wasa piece of stump that needed to be regrinded I would of had no problem going back, but it sounds like she wantsher grounds extavated which is not a service I do or that was requested. With regards to the statement that I was to leave the wood,We did have a converstation but I advised her that this is pine and filled with sap and is not safe to burn as it pops.I stand behind my work and feel no matter what was done [redacted] would not of beensatified. Review: My neighbor had his tree removed between out houses by Tomahawk Tree Svc. While workers were taking down the tree heavy limbs fell on my wooden fence causing damage to 8 or the posts. I called the company several times and each time he said he would be out the next day. He acknowledged he knew about the damage. After waiting weeks for him to call back each time I called I finally replaced the damaged posts, I called him again and told him it cost $9 for the new posts, $25 to have them replaced and $30 for the paint to repaint. I am not looking to make money from this and I wasn't planning to charge for the painting... but I don't think I should be responsible for the damage HE caused.

I am just asking for the $64.00 it cost me for the repairs.
