have made four attempts at getting my refund from Tomas Auto Sales. According to his response letter to the Attorney General Office, Dociteo L[redacted]/Huan  promised to adjust my warranty service contract fee, but he is not keeping his promise. On Sunday (04/**/16), I called Dociteo L[redacted]/Huan asking when I could come to pick up the money, and he pretended to not know who I am, or what kind of refund I am looking for. After that, he told me to contact his lawyer, and when I asked for the lawyer’s contact information, he hung up the phone, and did not pick up my next calls to him. I made a second attempt by calling Carlos L[redacted], his brother and the co-owner of Tomas Auto Sales. First, he suggested I come pick up the money the same day, but in a few seconds changed his mind, saying that he cannot refund my money because I have filed complaints on the company a lot. At the same time, I noticed that Dociteo L[redacted]/Huan was with Carlos L[redacted], and was cursing at me. Carlos L[redacted] told me to call him back on Tuesday to let me know when I can come to pick up my  money. 
On Monday (04/**/16), I called Carlos L[redacted] one more time to confirm that he is willing to make a refund. I was very upset, as Carlos L[redacted] was screaming at me, using a commanding tone of voice, and trying to overpower me, as I am fully dependent on his decision for my money back.
The fourth attempt was made on Tuesday (04/**/16), as Carlos L[redacted] told me to call on that day. When I called him, he originally did not pick up the phone, but called me back a few minutes later. When I picked up, Carlos L[redacted] was screaming at me and demanding I take back my complaints. He was not listening to me, and did not let me speak a single word. He blamed me for filing complaints, and said that I have to close them immediately, and only after that I could come to their office for my refund. My response to that was that I do not trust them, and I will not close my complaint case unless I get the refund first.
These people are very two-faced; I know why they did not respond to Revdex.com, because I have evidence that they filed fraud overpriced contract, as in the recorded phone conversation  with me Dociteo L[redacted] admitted this fact, and repeated the amount he owes me. After that I have not heard from them.

Review: I went to purchase a Chrysler Pacifica 2007. I told the [redacted] if he fixed the motor mounts and the AC unit I would purchase the vehicle. He said he would do that for me. I gave him a down payment of $1000 with the condition that both things would be fixed. When I went to pick up the car 3 days later, my husband turned on the car to test drive it again and did not turn on. After the third try the car turned on. He drove the car and noticed the engine was still shifting. I told the [redacted] that the problem was not fixed that we wanted a refund and he refused for give us our refund. He stated that he would check the car again to see what the problem was.We were not comfortable with the transaction because he sent someone else to complete the purchase and every time we called him to request the refund he was agitated and unprofessional.Desired Settlement: Since he did not come through with his agreement of fixing what was wrong with the car I would like a refund of my $1000 deposit.
