Tomasello Truck & Auto Sales [redacted] ***Phone: [redacted] Revdex.com [redacted] ***Re: [redacted] [redacted] Dear sir or madam;Mr& Mrs [redacted] purchased this vehicle and took delivery on 3/24/On3/or 3/they called with a check engine light on and informed us they would begoing to [redacted] on frithe 31st of MarchI asked them to bring in the vehicle andwas told they weren't free to do so till thursday the 30thI made them an appointmentfor that day and they never showed up or calledObviously they chose to drive to [redacted] anyway.Mr [redacted] came in on April 4, with a list from a [redacted] in [redacted] , Ohio ofsupposed items that needed to be addressedThe majority of which they neverwould've made it to Cleveland, proceeded by driving it all around the city and returninghome again had the vehicle had those issues.This vehicle has over 100,miles on it however we do stand behind our vehicles100% and they were told that as wellA copy of the New York State Limited Warrantythat states vehicles over 100,miles are not covered was signed by them and theywere given a copyWe however did give them a warranty and intend to stand by thevehicle.Mr [redacted] proceeded to call his wife and his attorney while sitting here at whichtime I informed them both we want to have the vehicle here to address any issues thatneeded attentionThe vehicle was supposed to be dropped off that evening for us andagain they didn't showWe need to have the vehicle here to solve any problems.We've not been given an opportunity to stand by our word, it's them refusing toco-operate.Sincerely,Michelle ***
