sincerely apologize for the inconvenience we caused and as resolution I will be sending a full refund of all payments made for the 2017 project. In addition, no further obligation for any outstanding payment will be due. I would like to point out what I feel partially contributed to the miscommunication. This is not an excuse, but on September 9, 2017 our factory in F[redacted]da was hit by Hurricane Irma which caused damage to our facility and knocked out the electricity for several days. This caused delays in material production and shipments from F[redacted]da which effected many of our Customers. Our Operations Manager became overwhelmed with scheduling issues and unfortunately fell behind on his communication with the Customers and our Installers. In the past 15 years, we have completed over 5000+ installations in San Diego County and have never had a Revdex.com complaint filed. We have always had an A+ rating. We always strive to have our Customers fully satisfied with their installation and communication from our company.
