Review: I contracted Mr. [redacted] on 12/9/13 to install duct work, a forced air furnace and an air conditioning unit. I paid him what he claimed was the amount he needed to purchase the duct work, furnace and air conditioning unit. In the last 13 days (I'm not counting Christmas day nor weekends) he has been at my house a total of 5 days, three of those days for only an hour or two. He has installed part of the duct work and there are some pieces of duct and sheet metal remaining in my basement, but I have seen no furnace nor air conditioning unit.He was supposed to be at my house today "first thing". I have not seen him, I have not received a call. I have called him no less than 10 times and left various voice mails. I even had a co-wroker call from their phone hoping he would answer if he didn't recognize the number which he's done before. Still no answer.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of my money, a total of $5,000 cash.
