BAD BUSINESS, WITH TOMBALL DODGE
BEWARE OF THIS DEALERSHIP AUTO NATION TOMBALL DODGE INC
BUYER BEWARE! THESE PEOPLE DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE, IT'S YOUR PROBLEM I am a single mom trying to treat myself after 26 years. I bought a 2018 Fiat, and the engine light came on the first 3 days. and another light which I have no idea what that was, The car would not shift into gear and jumped when going into another gear. I called Rod, the salesman he told me that the car had an automatic transmission and did not need transmission fluid. which the serviceman told him, I kept calling to see what was going on with this car all I got was it would work itself out, by the end of the week, I brought the car back and Rod was on Vacation go figure I talked to Chris who was very nice but still I wanted to give the car back. which I did. they told me to call Chrysler. I called Chrysler Capital the day I dropped off the car they told me I had 45 days. to get a statement to show they unwinded the contract. I called back and talked to the Finance Manager SERVANO who told me this was my problem. I said Chrysler told me I have 45 days to unwind the contract HE TOLD ME NO THATS MY PROBLEM YOU'RE IN A CONTRACT. I called back to Chrysler who was very understanding and kept apologizing, they told me if they don't it's because they don't want to pay us back. AND I MIGHT HAVE TO GET AN ATTORNEY, Chrysler Capital was very nice, and filed a complaint against them I would not go to this Dealership because OF ITS SHADY DEALINGS. NO TOMBALL DODGE.INC. YOUR AUTO NATION YOU ARE NOT THE REAL DODGE DEALERSHIP. Kimberly Stuart

I called Tomball Dodge today October 2, and wanted to speak with the General the girl who answered the phone would not even tell me his name. She kept me on hold for over 30 mins, I called back and she gave me the assistant manager. I left a message. later that day I received a call from I think Servano he spoke so fast that I did not understand. I was explaining to him not that I don't want to buy a car I was in your office 2 1/2 hrs. you wanted to jump me into something else without rectifying the first problem. then he got really rude with me because he did not want to unwind the contract and told me this was my issue and Chrysler Capital. Wow, no wonder you have bad reviews and are not accredited with the BBB/. so this is how you do business. I tried to call back to speak with the owner or GM and the girl refused to help me after I gave her my name. Undwind my contract plz

This letter is to inform you that Tomball Dodge has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 5/11/11:15:AM and assigned ID 10618174.HOWEVER Tomball did cost me time, interest PAID on the $for plus months and NEVER bother to correct the problem in the first place.Furthermore Tomball NEVER bother to talk to me over a month period when time and time again I complain and two of their service manager pretty much ignored and told *** to charge me!Tomball Dealership has lost two customer for life over this matter and it is sad that I had to complain public to get this Dealership to contact me and get this matter fix.Bottom line is this is fair warning to other customer about poor staff and management with this company...TAKE YOUR HARD EARN MONEY ELSEWHERE!

I spoke to the customer after the response and he found that we did in fact do as we said we would and refunded the money to his finance institution. Tomball Dodge has reviewed Mr. Finattos complaint. We understand he is not happy with the product and we would be glad to refund his money. We do need a little more information from Mr. Finatto and will reach out to him to finalize the refund.

Mr.[redacted] has a third party extended warranty not through our dealership. His policy did not cover all the labor and parts needed to repair his vehicle. Also, they did not pay full labor rate. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  i spoke with [redacted] at the dealer and was told they would do the labor for $125 an hr due to the warranty company only covering $100 as well as 11.5 instead of the 14hrs they first quoted and found to be excessive my part would be $287.50 per [redacted] as well as they broke the oil drain tube when they disassembled the truck but said I had to pay for it. When I asked about the drain tube I was told it was just one of those things they could not foresee but I still was stuck paying for an item that was fine but damaged due to their negligence.
