To whom it may concern:

I don’t know where to begin, as I have had so many issues in the past with this hospital…………….. I will start with the latest today.

Doctor Scheduled a CT scan of my pelvic on December 7,2020, Tomball Hospital never called, I contacted the doctor and they contacted the hospital to see what the hold up was. Come to find out, The hospital claimed they did not have the orders. The orders were resent (December 14th 2020.) After several days I contacted them to find that they again didn’t see my orders, and then, Magically they found me! Then they asked which insurance of the two that I DIDN'T HAVE I wanted to use……… please make note that I only have ONE insurance! Got that straight and then they wanted me to have Contrast for the CT scan which was NOT ordered by my doctor! They argued with me that the doc ordered contrast! WRONG! He didn’t! They said it was PROTOCOL for contrast, wrong! They are NOT my doctor and have no business trying to up scale my test to make more money! This is horrible and is the hospital trying to screw my insurance company! My doc had to call them, waste their time because of the hospitals incompetence! as well as trying to screw my insurance company! Simply Pathetic!
Finally made an appointment for today, December 22nd, 2020 for 4pm, showed up, signed in, waited until after my appointment time for someone to come and tell me that it would be another hour due to the fact that the ER was needing the CT machine. I then learned that they only have a CT machine in the ER! That is also pathetic! So should I have gone straight to ER for my CT? After getting mad and about to leave, they worked me in for a 5 minuted scan. Please understand that it took me complaining to get this to happen as I waited in the waiting room with a women that was sick as hell coughing her head off exposing me and all others in there from some Disease.
And in November 2018 my father had a stroke, he was taken to Tomball Hospital, after the ER he was sent to a room in the older tower that smelled like urine and black mold! The room had wallpaper falling off the walls, Windows with major leaks, as it was raining really bad, and it was plain dirty! After three days he was sent to the new tower for therapy, and that room was dirty as well with wet urine on the floors in the washroom.
This hospital has many many issues from scheduling, possible insurance fraud, and dirty nasty rooms! With COVID I cannot believe that this hospital should be open. This is only the last two issues, and I would be happy to add to this if you want.
