I'm Myron the General Manager of Tombstone Tactical, we addressed this situation yesterday through you guys It now seems the story the customer gave is now a little different from the original he first told, however, we have issued him a full refund to settle this issue I would love for someone from your company to call me and I can explain in better detail about our store policy, that derived from the federal law in reference to suspected prohibited purchasers that could possibly be under the influence of a narcotic.Tell us why here

They never contacted me to let me know that the item was not available; it was I who contacted them to check on status and any action item due on my part to facilitate shipping transfer; it was only then that I was told that the item was not available- they never took the initiativeAnother example of poor business practices
I'm Myron , the Manager of Online sales here at Tombstone Tactical The customer that filed this complaint did indeed place an order with us via our website His order was placed at 4:02pm on 6/8/16, we processed his order at 4:24pm on the same day, he contacted us for a list of licensed dealers in his area, we gave him that information so he could select one and get back to us to inform us of who he selected The firearm he ordered was in another distributors warehouse, which we draw inventory from as well However, it only showed one available when his order was placed, we had no reason to believe that their inventory was not there We contacted this customer to inform him that we could not locate that firearm, so his order would have to be cancelled at that time, this was all in the same day We never took any money from this customer, we wanted to verify the inventory before we did There are times where the website could say the item is available, and another order might be placed a few minutes before, which will grab that last item In this case that's what happen, as mentioned above we contact this customer immediateley
