As stated in Mr.*** complaint he hired my company to install two roofs one on his personal home and one at *** *** *** in August of And as stated he hired us to install new decking and a year shingle as we didAnd Mr.*** paid in full when the job was completed
and we believed Mr.*** to be satisfiedThis area is in very plain sight and anytime over the past years he could have called with any concerns.On April Mr.*** called and said that we missed a section of the roofI went out and looked on April 20th and talked with Mr.*** and he showed me the area he was concerned about which was a flat roof patio area separate from the shingle roof that we replaced in We explained to him that we did not replace this area or charge him for it or lead him to believe we did. And on April the 20th Mr.*** stated that he thought someone had stepped on that section of the roof either from the electric company or the tree trimmer And at that time we explained to him how much it would it cost to replace that section of roof and Mr.*** did not come to a agreement and said he would get back with me. We didn't hear anything from Mr.*** therefore we assumed he had it taken care ofAnd then on June Mr.*** called and left a message. I let him know I was out of town and I would contact him when I got back. Mr.*** seemed angered with this and started calling and texting repeatedly and made his complaint with the Revdex.comAt this time we contacted Mr.*** and explained to him again that we did not change that section of the patio roof nor did we charge him for it and that section of roof was a different type of material and that we had replaced all the sloped sections of the roof with the year roof and did not understand after all this time how he could be confused
