Mike from Tom Katz repaired the metal roof of my shed which was struck by a tree in early SeptemberHe showed up on time, gave me a estimate and completed the work the next dayHe takes great pride in his craft and his workmanshipPrior to contacting Mike, I had made four other previous attempts with roofers in Ormond Beach and either got no reply or they just never showed upI would definitely utilize his services again and would recommend him without hesitation

We were very pleased with the work Mike and crew did at our residence. The entire floor needed to be replaced in our mobile home. Fortunately they were able to save all of the laminate which was a savings to us. We appreciate all the hard work they did and how promptly it was completed. We would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thanks again.

Total rip off
This man took advantage of people who needed help with mold issues in crawl space under mobile home, molding, falling down insulation, etc. He sent his kids in to do a job in which they were to remove the old original board vapor barrier , insulation, clean, replace all new insulation, proper vapor barrier, not tarp material, then found after they did not do the job correctly, he would do nothing, no fix no refund. They never even removed the molded barriers with holes and such just stapled tarp over a few areas! They crushed our new ducts, stapled into the main metal ducts! Now our home is almost unlivable and he has our money! Then charged extra for a small corner, that again was just tarp stapled over no removal of mold damaged barrier or anything. It is like this still, as we now much search for help since the entire bottom still needs removal and repair.

[redacted] and his team are excellent at what they do. They are knowledgeable, professional, and very reasonably priced. They are solid people who will not take advantage. You will not find a better team in the Daytona Beach area to work on your manufactured home. I found him to help my elderly mother. I live in Virginia and he even called me to update me on the work progress and make sure I understood what needed to be done. My mother and I are both very happy with the completed work.
