To Whom It May Concern,The Saturn Ion was purchased 2-21-by [redacted] Bill of sale states "AS IS" no warranty in which he signedI also had him sign an "AS IS" statement separately I explained to [redacted] that once the vehicle leave my lot, he is responsible for all parts and labor on any repairs.July [redacted] took ION to another hsop to be looked atHe then called Tommy Brown's refusing to pay to get the Ion out of that shopSaying he no longer wanted the carSo Tommy Brown's went to shop, paid to the shop and returned car to the lot[redacted] changed hi mind and wanted the car backHe then spoke to lien holder, in which the Lien holder worked it out with CharlesLien holder would pay towards the repairsIn which he did [redacted] pays the remaining amount of repairs monthly added to his paymentIn which he failed to do 100% [redacted] was given a receipt of total on repairs [redacted] has not paid that in fullThere was never an agreement between [redacted] and Lien holder to be 50/on repairsNothing was ever discussed or signedTommy Brown's or Lien holder was never under any obligation to pay for any repairs on Ion! labor on any repairs.July 2014 [redacted] took ION to another hsop to be looked at. He then called Tommy Brown's refusing to pay to get the Ion out of that shop. Saying he no longer wanted the car. So Tommy Brown's went to shop, paid 149.00 to the shop and returned car to the lot.[redacted] changed hi mind and wanted the car back. He then spoke to lien holder, in which the Lien holder worked it out with Charles.1. Lien holder would pay 300.00 towards the repairs. In which he did.2. [redacted] pays the remaining amount of repairs monthly added to his payment. In which he failed to do 100%3. [redacted] was given a receipt of total on repairs. [redacted] has not paid that in full.4. There was never an agreement between [redacted] and Lien holder to be 50/50 on repairs. Nothing was ever discussed or signed.5.
