I John House (owner) have not only read this complaint but have investigated with my management team and also have had a conversation with *** herselfI received a call from *** and listened to her complaint concerning our North
Pekin location, After listening to her complaint I called her back the next morning after I gathered
the details from my staffI explained to her that we where sorry for her inconvenience but Tommy House Tire had tried to make everything right for her and I would be glad to refund her money on the second set of tires and also refund her for the alignment and her response to that was "that is all
your going to do"? I said "we are returning all your money to you to get another opinion on your vehicle and I don't know what else I can do for you"*** said she would turn us into Revdex.coms and hung up the phone in my earWe have apologized, tried to return her money for the alignment and the last two tires that we adjusted for her and we could not satisfy herTommy House Tire is a family owned company for years and if there is a problem we fix itI will also attach the response from our management team with the details of this complaint from *** and I am very sorry we could not come to a resolution to *** complaint

The part where he says he didn't know what else to do for me was NEVER said! He said, he wanted to be "done" with me and he was refunding the money I just paid for the tires and the alignment I had originally paid for! I agreed and was told it would be mailed to my address on file! I HAVE NOT received it! Why would I refuse the one thing I want back?? This is one of the reasons I filed a complaint, I never received the refund! He NEVER apologized! He repeated what the receptionist said about them being in business for years! I asked how if this is how they handled complaints! They harass and slander customer on social media when a review was posted! When I came to him he wanted done with me instead of making it right! They had the car times and couldn't fix it! I see missing it maybe once, no one is perfect! BUT times the mechanics missed it, not person but multiple ppl missed the problem ultimately leaving me in worse shape then I started! I had to pay another $to fix my car, everything they missedInstead they blamed my driving, nothing about how they messed the mileage up or wrote the number down wrong, claiming on social media I lied about my mileage! They were off by more then times the actual number! I was never apologized to by anyone just told we are done with u! I have to pay for tire rotations on tires that came WITH LIFETIME ROTATION OF THE TIRE! When John refused to pay for that, I filed complaint! That and he never refunded me my money! I want all my money back! Specially the alignment and for the tires I just got
