3 large pines taken down in our back yard and the canopies trimmed in our front natural area on 6 trees, including a large red oak. All work was done according to the scope and the cleanup was immaculate. I was very pleased and would highly recommend them for any small to large job. The work was excellent.

On 3/3/15, I deposited $1,750.00 into Bank of America for Mrs. [redacted], to have pine trees removed from her back yard on [redacted] in Raleigh, NC. She also wanted the top removed from the tallest pine tree. Mr. [redacted] was supposed to do this job. Mrs. [redacted] and I had discussed this several times, and she specifically told me she wanted the pine trees and nothing else removed from her back yard only. She also wanted to have the top limbs cut off of the tallest pine in the yard. This morning, 3/4/15, Mrs. [redacted] called me, crying, and said Mr. [redacted] and his crew had cut down all of the trees in her front and back yard, leaving only the tallest pine treeand they cut the bottom limbs off of that one, instead of the top, as she had requested. She said they had removed flowering bushes, undergrowth, and a cherry tree from her front yard, leaving her lot completely bare. I called Mr. [redacted]'s business and spoke with his wife. Mrs. [redacted] contacted her husband: he called me and insisted Mrs. [redacted] had told him to cut down "everything" in her yard, and said, "it is her fault"he then raised his voice and started talking over me, so I hung up. I then called Mrs. [redacted], and she said she did NOT tell them to cut down everything in her yard: she told Mr. [redacted] to cut down the pine trees only: she is writing a statement that this is what she told Mr. [redacted] to do. She also told me Mr. [redacted] did not supervise his crew: he left for about an hour instead of supervising his employees. Mrs. [redacted] is elderly and disabled, and Mr. [redacted] provided very poor service to her, and had compounded that by lying.
