They noted that the hose had a holeLong story short, I gave them some time to repair it and there was zero follfrom themI left messages and if I spoke to someone, it was always: "The manager is the only one who can handle this." Whoever I spoke to would vow to give the manager my message, who apparently was in only limited hoursBut now this is @ months after I brought it inIt had a day return policyAfter about months and no returned phone calls, I was ready to just bag the whole deal and get my money backI got the "only the manager" schtick again

On 3-I asked that my year old vacuum be repaired under warranty I was not given a receipt when I dropped it off I picked up the vacuum days later I noticed that the handle was very worn and not in the condition of my vacuum when dropped off I was told that a floor model handle was used in the repair I stated that this was unacceptable and was told I would be called when a new handle arrived I brought my vacuum home and a couple of days later went to use it and realized this was not my vacuum at all The color of the bag is a brighter blue than mine and the base where the beater bar is was dark and this one is light greyFurthermore, it is in very poor condition Mine was like new I called the manager and was given a serial number that matches this incorrect vacuum Since there is no serial number on any of my paperwork for my originally purchased vacuum I was told that there was nothing I could do since I could not prove this is not my original vacuum I calle
