Tommy Quality Meats

I worked with Tommys Quality meats for a long time , then they started changing prices and sending the wrong meat it was a disaster As a restaurant owner you cant afford to have the wrong produce ,specially if you believe you are getting fresh meat to serve to your customers but get the wrong itemWe had a small credit line so we used to pay like days after; since we cancelled of our account for horrible service we started another vendor we made small payments to clear the amount owedTommys served us with a small claims court since he alleged he needed his money(just like we needed the right product)We put together some money and made a payment a few days before the court date he cashed the check; but went on to get a judgement against our company and has never taken it off
the following email to ***@hotmail.com (owner) was sent on 5/28/still nothing this company just does not care about anything
"I have the following judgment showing on my company credit report and I know we paid and settle that before it even got to court , I am unaware why you would have filed this judgement
Can you please have it dismissedIf you have any questions please let me know

Please advise this company what they are doing is wrong and could hurt them in the long run very unprofessional
