In July I went to Asheville Pool and Patio to seek help as a pool novice about what I would need to get a salt water system goingI told them I did not want to use chemicals and that I had heard that you didn't need chemicals for a salt water systemThey told me I did need chemicals and proceeded to sell me $worth of chemicalsThey did not give me a receipt at the timeI left and on July I was charged on my Capital One MasterCard $The next day my Intex salt water system arrived in the mail and confirmed that I did not need chemicals for the salt water systemI went back to Asheville Pool and Patio and tried to return the unopened, unused chemicals and they told me they were not able to return the chemicalsThey did have a sign posted stating this but they never told me verbally and they sold me chemicals that they knew I would not needI do
