My reason I call the customer is to let them know I have there vehicle to instead of paying a ( ) that would bring more expence to them I call them after 72 hours and exspecially when...

it was stolen and to let them know we towed it . the customer I think he misunderstood me and what he was going to do with it.

I feel Tommy Tickles Towing, could've contacted me with in 24 hours of it being recovered, like an ethical business would. I've contacted other local tow companies with in the vicinity, and asked what their policy is, in contacting a "victim" of a stolen vehicle that had been towed, and they advised me they contact victims within 24 hours, within business hours. I feel Tommy Tickles Towing should reimburse the difference of holding my car for 24 instead of what he charged 350.

I was trying to help the consumer but there was a misunderstanding. I will go ahead and issue a full refund that I will send to the consumer's address. The check will be mailed out today.
