The product does not work. I filed a dispute with *** and this company tried to force me to return ship it to Jerusalem, Israel. I purchased this from a supposed US company and it was shipped from a US address. I am out $60.96.

I ordered a product online. Was dissatisfied with it. I asked for a refund. They asked me if I’d accept a 75% refund. I said I would. I received an email saying I have received a refund. I have NOT received anything. I have sent several emails, left a voicemail, messages on ***. I keep getting told they will “reach out to the finance department”, then they don’t respond. Tired of the run-around and nobody will answer the phone number that is on their website.

I ordered the Spot Blaster Pro. I was skeptical because website seemed like maybe it could be fake, but took my chances. Turns out my instincts were correct! I ordered the product. Tracked the shipping to my house in Colorado and they sent it somewhere in California??? what the heck! That was obviously on purpose and a scam and now I am out $55. I would like either my money back or to receive the product. But I assume the product does not actually exist.

I purchased the Tommy Timmy Spot Blaster Prox1 on 5/31/2019. The company site show it sent out and reseived at *** NJ on 6/5/2019, it is now 7/2/2019 and the item is still showing in *** NJ. I have contacted Tommy Timmy on their contact button by numerous times their web site and have had a couple of response with no success. I have also left voice message on the web site phone number ***, also no response. The response I did get was there is a back log at the receiving point and it should be cleared soon. This was Two weeks ago, Again I have not received my item or refund.

Ordered product and was charged immediately. Item states received at post office but never shipped. Contacted them they stayed they had problems with big shipment at post office and they contacted post office and the item should ship. 2 weeks later item still has not shipped

On May 31st. I purchased a TommyTimmy on the internet from the company. I paid the extra $4.95 to get 2 -7 day shipping. Today is June 17th and it is still (supposedly) sitting at the post office in Caldwell, NJ. Several days ago I contacted them by email and their response was that they would look into it and would also refund the $4.95. To date no refund and no product. And also no response to my last 2 emails.

Ordered a Tommy Timmy Spot Blaster for$49.97 on January 26. The money was immediately withdrawn from my account. The item was to be delivered within 20 days. I was notified the item was “on the way”,and a tracking number was given.. When you try to track that number, the information from usps says “acceptance pending” and has not changed since Feb 26 ,2019 at 4:00.
I complained to the company and no explanation was given for the postal service not accepting the package and was assured the matter had been cleared up. Unfortunately, nothing has changed and I’ve asked for my money back.
I’ve not received a response from the company. This appears to be a scam!

I purchased a product from them on Jan 31. They claim on their website that they ship the same day and provide a tracking number. 17 days later I did not have the product or a tracking number and asked them why. they said they couldnt find the number untill shipping gave it to them. 5 days later I informed them I still did not have either product or tracking ... They asked me to wait and 26 days after purchase they give me a tracking number. but 14 days later it still shows "waiting for item" to be delivered to the post office. Its been over 40 days since ordering and it is still not shipped. Not once has what they said been true!

I ordered a product on 10/15/18 and they stated 10-20 days to deliver. I contacted them on the 22 and 23rd day to inform them I had not received my product via email. The number they have listed *** you can never talk to a live person I have tried 33 times. I finally sent an email and they finally responded stating only I would receive a refund. Now when I paid for the merchandise it came out of my account that second. It has been two days no refund on my account with my bank. Now if they had shipped my merchandise I would have received it by now but they tell me on the 23rd day they canceled it and I would get a refund. SO they never mailed it out and I may never see my refund?

I have been in touch with this company many times and they don't seem to listen to me. I purchases a skin tag remover that I will not use because the one and only time I used it my arm broke out in a rash and sores. I had not used it at first so I said to only refund half of the price so not to need to return, but after I used it I let them know I wanted a full refund and a return slip. I have not heard from they since.
