Our AC went out late Saturday and by the time we caled it was after pm so their emergency hours were closedCalled next morning, Sunday, and a service guy was out within about an hourSolved our problem quickly (worn capacitor) and his charge was very reasonable we thought for it being a Sunday repair ($total, parts and labor)So we are cool again here in SW Fl where temps are in low 90s every day now! We are very impressed and happy with TOMMYs AC !! Will always call them first in the future (knock on wood)
RUN!!!! What a disappointment, they showed up hours late, then after hours, left the garage area a mess, rust and dust all over the garage floor, and screws somewhere, which I never looked for, so I had a flat tire on my car, No air in the bathroom and loosened the exhaust fan, it rattles now, even though they said they fixed it, it sagged down again They tracked white glue-looking stuff all over the concrete in the garageThe county turned down the inspection, the county inspector said he wouldn't comment, but would never use them I paid more money to have them do the job than another company (Tommy's) then they showed up pulling a Tommy's trailer! It is the same company!!! SCAM! By the way, the new owner is *** *** he's the owner, look it up! I didFlorida Comfort and Tommy's are one company!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU LIKE WAITING TOR A TECHNICIAN THAT DOESN"T SHOW UP AND WHEN THEY DO THE PROBLEM IS NOT PROPERLY ADDRESSED!
Came out for the same unit twice within days and billed us for second call when the unit wasn't fixed in the first placeWhen I pointed this out we were told they'd knock off $when the billied us $Left us hangiing twice waiting for a technician to arriveThey never showed up and we had to call to find out what was going onSaid they'd send someone out and then did not and informed us they didn't know when they could send someone after we repeated phoned to find out where the technician wasYou cannot treat business cusomers like this and expect to stay in business I've done business with Tommy's since Since Tommy died a few months ago this company has gone downhill in a hurrryAvoid them at all costsApparently it is more imortant for them to take vacation time than tend to their customersThats what they told us last month when they finally told they would not be coming out after days of waiting(called Thursday) for them because they were taking the long weekend offLeft our business with out proper cooling for daysHad to call someone else in
