We spoke to the customer and explain that we didn't have the part here we had to order them that we would call her when we knew the ETA of her vehicle she didn't like what she was hearingThe only thing wrong with the vehicle was the fuel line, and the repairs are being doneAll sales are as is no warrant, ans the customer does sing the form, but we are taking care of the issue for the customer at no cost to her

I purchase a car on 8-29-drove it to autozone contact a worker at carrot car was leaking gasoline he told me not to drive car anymore they will tow in am the car was towed to lot at am on 8-30-I got off work at 2pm gave them aAll the where working on car the claim they was waiting on part I then proceed to ask them to give me another car or just give me my money back she claim she called *** holder which they don't have and they wasn't gone refund money so at 5:pm I called to see have part arrived and see was my car ready or was it going to be ready because y they close at her stating she in charge and I couldn't speak to owner only relate message which I knew was a lieI need the owner number to file a complaint about her and there company

purchased a car from the business and the seller was deceptive about mechanical issues of the vehicle claiming nothing was wrong with it but the car wasn't even safe to drive and tried to sell me another defective carasked for a refund or for them to fix the vehicle due to the fact that after I got it home it wouldn't even start and when I asked the employee on the phone became rude and disrespectfuldealer is in direct violation of the texas deceptive trade practices consumer protection act (DTPA) and should not be allowed to operate or hold a dealer license
