*** *** *** has two repair orders with usOne was for Nov 4th of *** and we only had him pay $*** because that's what *** quoted him since he is still training on our computer programThat order was
for his timing cover gasket and the cooling fans which took a little over four hours to completeHis other order which was for Nov 10th is $*** he did not buy any of his own parts for this orderIt was for the timing belt tensioner and water pumpWhich took a little over hours to completeHe paid down $*** for his first order still owing $** following the second orderSo at this time his full balance with us is $***We have a policy that states all vehicle services must be paid in full before leaving the premisesWe made an exception for him since he told *** he was handicapped and he told us he needed his car to make it back and forth to workThe conditions of letting him leave with his car was the title which he offered to us, as well of proof of employment with no trouble and $*** down on his remaining balanceWhen we called him Thursday Nov 10th to tell him his car was done we talked with him about making payment arrangements when he came to our shop we wanted to do them in personI stated many times because we had to pay *** back for the parts we ordered for his car we needed at least $***down before he even got the keysWhile we were on that phone conversation he stated to me while *** was in the room hearing it on speaker he said he will give us $*** dollars the next day because he told us on multiple occasions he would like to get his bill paid down at least halfwaySo when he came to the shop that Thursday he received his keys but did not pay anything down because he told me on the phone he was going to give us $*** tomorrow on Friday.He started changing his story when he got to the shop because he told us he was borrowing money from his sister that he told us he told her at least $*** so he was already veering away from the firm $*** he gave us just an hour beforeSo Friday the 11th comes around and we receive no calls from him so we text him asking him what time he was going to come in to pay on his carWe receive no replyI called and he was speaking quietly because he was at work and I told him I was sorry and didn't mean to bother him at work and he told me, and I quote, "I have not forgotten about you, I will call you when I'm on my way to your guys' shop." So I told him thank you and I left him aloneI work at *** so *** was at the shop until that night and *** had all that time to come to the shop he never came so *** texted him asking him why he hasn't showed up yet when it's already 9:pmand he replies that he is still workingSo he tries telling us that he is backing out on giving us a down payment like was agreed for him tO leave the premises with his car, he tellS us he will pay us $*** the 18thHe ignored us he lied to us about everything he was doing he beat around the bush and was never up front about anythingSo we tell him since he has not kept his arrangements we are revoking his payments and the only thing keeping him from getting legal action taken if he gives most of it up front $*** the next day that Saturdaythen he threatens to burn his own vehicle and threatens to take us to courtAnd I try to tell him the smart thing for him to do would be to meet us and he would be paying more in the long runI did say and I quote, "Seriously, it's going to hurt you badYou have a huge bill to pay and obligations to meet." That is the one time him being hurt was mentioned and it was not meant physically it was meant financiallyNever once did I put the words, "My husband would hurt you" everSo that night he put up a post on a *** group page slandering our business and accuses me of threatening my husband on himWe got some threats by other *** users as wellThe next morning while we are at church we receive a call from *** on ***'s cell asking if us if we would please accept $*** dollars that day and we told him okay giving him another chance hoping we could resolve this matter gracefully and without problems for both sidesWe even had a relative of his that lives by us plead for his behalfSo we decided why notOn the same day he is trying to negotiate with us and we give him a second chance we see that he has made this report to you guys the Revdex.comWe did not know of the report until we got your letter Monday November 21, The last payment we have gotten from him was of $*** on the 18th we told him no less than $***and since we have received this notice from you we are tired and weary of dealing with him holding back or rearranging the dealsWe're not playing any games anymore we want the remaining balance paid by $*** by Friday Nov 25, If he fails with this last attempt of paying the bill we will take legal action
