TO Whom It May Concern the water heater was installed on august 25th 2014,on an emergency.inspected by the town plumbing inspector and was in perfect working condition upon completion of the job.the customer called me and said they had no hot water,I responded within hour.upon arrival I noticed the position of the gas valve was turned in the off position.I know when we installed it it was in the on position and the water heater was wroking perfectly.I simply asked the customer who turned the knob to the off position, the mrsisakovic said I dont know.so therefore I could not get an honest answer.I than proceeded to relight the pilot and found no issue.I clearly explained to the customer to please dont touch the water heater should you not have hot water again.customer agreed.another call was made to my office I called back and the client never confirmed my appointment as they said they had company coming to the house.so therfore I was unable to connect with the customer.if there is still no hot water and any issues I would be more than happy to address there [redacted] that water heater has a year warranty parts and labor.should they hire another plumber all warranty shall not be honored.I look forward to resolving this matter.thank you ***

I am rejecting this response because: what the business said is simply not true.As I stated in my initial submission, the last time that we heard from ***'s Plumbing was when he showed up on 10/to fix the hot water issue that arose the night before on 10/8. The water heater was working after he left, but we lost hot water again a few hours later and, as per ***'s instructions, we called him immediately to fix it. He has never returned my call. I kept leaving messages with the answering service/secretary -- to the point that the woman answering the phone said that they only allow calls/messages per customer and that I had reached my limit. She also told me that ***'s Plumbing had received my messages and that I would be getting a call back. That never happened. A couple of days after my initial call on 10/9, I called again, desperate for help because my two young grandchildren were coming to our house for the Columbus Day weekend and we still had no hot water. He didn't return that call either.***'s claim that he had called to schedule an appointment and I never confirmed is simply a lie. I have an answering machine and caller ID, and I know for a fact that he never called. Instead, I continued to call almost every day since 10/9, sometimes multiple times per day, until 10/(days without hot water!) -- and at that point, I had no choice but to submit this claim to the Revdex.com to get this resolved. I'm sure if it's necessary, phone records can be obtained to confirm that what I'm saying is true. This business is not behaving ethically, and I no longer trust *** nor ***'s Plumbing. I certainly will not allow him back in my home to do any work on the water heater. I now need to find a new plumber to deal with these problems I stand firm in my request for a full refund for the work provided ($1600), as ***'s Plumbing has failed to follow through on its service and warranty claims
