Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I want to know exactly what parts were usedI would also like a report on the condition he found it inThis is information he failed to communicate adequatelyHe also did not offer me the old partsWhat had caused my clutch to lock in the first place? Was it a bad seal? Or a bad slave? Can Tommy provide any of that information? Tommy's rants and rage was a fear tactic designed to intimidate me into not asking questionsI was so shaken while there I contemplated calling for a “peaceful assist” to get my truck towed out of thereWhile I did manage to drive it off the clutch was extremely hard to shift and the slave cylinder was making noisesLater that same day car was not drivableEven after having the clutch bled by another mechanic I heard noise from the slave cylinder while driving itIt ran for a day but then reverted to the same not drivable conditionNow, to get this problem corrected I will have to do the whole thing overIn order to find out what is wrong I will have to pay for about 4-hours of inspection labor, plus replacement parts and laborMy conclusion is he used sub standard parts, and/or was not familiar with how to do the work correctlyTommy was intentionally hostile to frighten me so I have no inclination to return to his shop warranty or notI have owned my truck for years and have driven manual transmission cars for yearsI don't want a “free clutch” because I heard some “cuss” words! I want all my money back so I can get the work re-done correctlyTommy refuses to make a definite appointment or turn around time, and I do not intend to just let my truck be parked there indefinitelyBeing first in line was never on my mindBeing deferred to last in line indefinitely was the problem until I talked to *** *** of *** *** *** who was the person who gave me the referral to Tommy's TransmissionsI had been waiting days with Tommy saying today or tomorrow each time I checkedI asked *** if that seemed a little long? *** said he had sent Tommy a lot of work latelyAll completed in a timely way*** felt bad because he thought Tommy took care of those jobs instead of his own walk in retail business like my truck*** spoke with Tommy during my visit and told me the car would be done by 11:AM the following dayThis is why I went there to wait for itThe labor charges I Paid for this work was $At the average labor charge of $100/hour and hours being about average for the work performedIf he claims he spent extra time on this that he did not bill me for that is evidence he did not know how to do the work correctlyTommy admitted to me at check out it was, ”The hardest Ranger I ever worked on in all my life!” If he was not well versed in how to do the repairs he should have told me at the beginning and I would have found another shopSincerely,*** ***

I would never talk to someone like this and for second I don't us cheap parts them are all new parts and you can't bled them wrong, sometimes air gets traped in side of them and there hard to bled a ford will trap air and
they will the air work it way out she did call and I told her to brink
it back in and I would bled it agan..and as far as days she had it towed in here and we where already full I put her in line just like I do with everybody elsa
you do not go to the front of line just because you show up and I think that what she wanted.as far as giving her money back is she not driving it I do belive she is so what know she want a free clutch because she heard some cuss words
from someone in the shop how does that work..she does have a year 24,mile warranty if she does not want to bring it back sorry but it,s all new parts and should work well over 100,miles if she knows how do drive a clutch
I have talked with *** today and I guess she had it bleed again and paid bucks to bled guess I should have charged her the exra hours I spent on it...but I will pay her the bucks back for someone elsa to rebled it witch she should have brought it back
....Please tell this lady that when you do take to a busy shop you are not first in line and you should not call and show every day to check on it when they never promised a done time..........Tommy

First of all this lady is not did not buy a tranny from us she bought a car that had a tranny installed bye us when she brought in we had to go thru all the
all the channels to see is they would even cover it because she was not the one that bought it second once we got the ok and who was going to
pay for it I put her in line she was cars out
we are a very busy shop and she does not go to the top I told her I would call her when done yet she calls all the time and even called *** .We and to go thru channels and that is just the way it is
the car was going to be worked on today for that's when it was written in you do not go to the top of line when your car is towed in don't care if you are god...Your a free transmission but you have to wait just like everybody elsa
does I will give it thought if I will even work on it know..We strive to be the best sorry that she feels she should be in front of everybody elsa I will talk with *** and see what they say I don't have to do the warranty work the car can go somewhere
