Dear Dispute Resolution Consultant;
We received your letter today and would be happy to resolve this dispute if only Ms. [redacted] would respond to our phone calls or messages. Another attempt to reach her was made today at 10:52 am to the phone number she provided us with. There was no...

answer.Unfortunately Ms. [redacted] has provided some erroneous information to you which I shall clear up at this time. Ms. [redacted] had a balance of$1744.00 as of November, 26, 2014. In November Ms. [redacted] asked for a balance reduction and in good faith our General Manager,[redacted] agreed to accept $1400.00 as payment in full however this payoff never took place and Ms. [redacted] failed to make a payment in December of 2014. On January 29 Ms.[redacted] paid Seven hundred and forty four ($744.00) dollars. However contrary to her claim she has not come in to pay the balance, nor did Ms. [redacted] refuse a subsequent payment of Seven hundred as Ms. [redacted] claims.We would very much like to have this matter resolved and continue to desire to work with this customer although she has refused to come in and make payments) of any kind since January 29th of 2015. Further, we would accept Seven hundred ($700.00) dollars as payment in full on this account even though late charges have accrued. We would appreciate your help in this matter.Sincerely;
Tommy's Auto Sales 602-336-0500

First off my husband did call in regards to the transmission on a couple of different occassions that why you provided a transmission place which you guys claimed would charge us 800$ and they charged us 1100$.Also I took this car for 3 different transmission reviews and they said that tranny was bad for awhile prior to you guys selling it to me. Even the shop you told me to take it to.Also, the shop you told me to take it to put  bad parts in wrong place after repair. my transmission as we speak its back with them 2 weeks in.Bad service on both ends.I still want refund for transmission!

Regards,

employee there had a horrible customer service.employee wouldn't show me a car because his boss wasn't there and it was well before closing time. then I went back and bought a car and they didn't have the title ready for 3 days.if you want to wait three days for a car that you just paid cash for then this is the place to go.also the car had a transmission problem prior to them selling it to me which I didn't find out till 3 weeks later when I took it to a mechanic because car wouldn't drive. plain and simple these guys wouldn't help and take no responsibility. car repair is estimated to be what I bought the car for. no car is worth paying 2600$ for to have for less than a month.

Regarding this complaint, the issues will be addressed in order written in your letter. 1. The customer first visited when the dealership was closed and the employees were leaving.  Everything was locked up. 2. The"boss" did not sell this customer the car, a representative did. 3. The title...

was clear, however, as with many titles some title work needed to be done.  4. the vehicle was purchased on April, 11, 2015.  the implied warranties expired 15 days from this date.  5. The customer contacted Tommy's Auto Sales on May 15,2015.  Nothing was mentioned about a transmission issue, instead the customer inquired about break work.  Brake work is a is maintenance item and the customer is always responsible for that.  6. The customer called on June 5th, 2015 regarding the transmission.  The customer was told that the repair was their responsibility but was given a name of a shop which would do the repair for a reasonable sum of $800.00. The customer paid $2123.00 for this vehicle and not $2600 as they stated to you. Tommy's Auto Sales has acted in good faith with this customer and feels they have done the best they could to satisfy this customer.  Thank you for your inquiry into this matter.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Its sad just because you own a business you think you can get away with false allegations. I haven't answered the the phone because I work 6/6 and have a no phone policy not to mention if I could I probably wouldn't, I don't feel like being hung up on or treated rudely.  Tommy's gave erroneous information when they said I was offered a settlement in November and they didn't hear from me till January 29th. My claim that my personal information was given out was never addressed. I am going to purchase a cashiers check for $700 and forward via certified mail so we can be done with this and I'd like more information on releasing 3rd party private information.

Regards,

Review: I went to this place twice. First time I went there was one employee who refused to show me any vehicles or let me ask any questions because boss wsant there he said come another day. I went the day after and boss was there and sold me a car when it came time to get the title ,the title wasn't clear.So I bought car but had to wait to get my car for a couple of days till they fixed title. Three weeks later my car is driving bad took it to amccoand guy stated bad transmission.The guy at [redacted] quoted me same amount as I paid for entire car. He stated transmission has been bad for ahwile and whomever sold me the car sold me a messed up oneDesired Settlement: replace bad transmission with a good one

Review: I paid $8000 for a 1999 Buick. January 30th 2015 I called to get a pay off and it was $1743 I asked him [redacted] if I could pay $1400 as pay off he said yes so I gave him $700 that day when I called in Feb to pay remaining $700 his wife sais no it was $1000. I explained I was given a pay off of 1400 and paid $700 she said she would talk to her husband And call me, when I got a call from [redacted] he said no!!! Is now $1000 so this being April [redacted] going back and forth a friend of mine goes in and pays her bill and they (tommys) releases my private info too her and what is owed how much I've paid etc. I'm angry that they feel as though they can giver my personal info out to anyone and I just want them to honor the pay off.Desired Settlement: To accept what was offered [redacted] not ever give other peoples info out.
