Mr*** wants us to repair his truck rack to better condition than how it was originally installedIf this rack was installed correctly than we wouldn't even be talking right nowHis rack wasn't properly installed and now wants us to repair and install his rack to the way it should have
been done in the first placeOur rubber nozzle cover at the dryers (blowers) is the only thing that came in contact to his rackThese are made to bend for this reasonHis rack was either loose before he came into our was or came apart with very little pressure where it made contact with these rubber nozzles.Our signage at the entrance to our Car Wash clearly states we will not be responsible for any non manufacturer added on parts, bug shields, wind shields, racks, etc.Mr*** admits that the original installation was not correct and anyone that installs these know you need to have a plate under the sheet metal to give the bolt rack strengthHe now wants us to overpay his welder $when our welder would do it for less than $100. Reason we will not accept his claimThis item is a non manufacturer part that we clearly disclaim in our signage at the entrance to our washHis rack was never installed properly and he knows that nowHaving a bolt without a proper back plate or large washer underneath is not a proper installation.Signed*** ***Principal Owner Tommys Express Car Wash
