Business is new, advertised that for $20 you would receive 30 days of free washes. This is false, IU paid the $20, plus tax on 02/08 and got a wash, I tried today 02/12 for another of my unlimited washes and Justin, refused, unless I gave them my credit card info. I would not, I asked for a refund of the initial $20, he also refused.
Here is a quote for their facebook:
"Good morning, Waukee! Buy just one #1 WORKS wash, get a month of unlimited car washes! This is a fantastic deal. One you don't want to miss!"
I purchased one and they are refusing to honor their advertising unless I give them my credit card info. Shady and possibly illegal.

Finish the job I would like my money returned to me or for them to honor their advertising and stop trying to scam people.
bought our soft opening deal where you paid for one single wash and as a bonus you received a code for one month of free washes on our membership app. We are a membership-based car wash that works the same way Netflix, Amazon, and many other businesses work.
While we do require a credit card to be entered upon signing up, we explain you can immediately cancel to avoid charges past the 30 days. This is no different than any example company listed above. It is done simply by hitting a button on the app, we do not require convoluted cancellation methods.
In this specific case, we let *** wash a second time for free because we believed he had not figured out the app quite yet and later (after learning of his dilemma with his card) went as far as offering *** the option to replace this free month code with a month gift card which doesn't require entering his credit card, which we believe to be an above and beyond approach to solving his concern.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
They did not offer to replace my original 30 day code with a code that does not require entering credit card information. That is a blatant lie. This place should really be ashamed of themselves. They have my information on Facebook, Yelp and through you. They have plenty of ways to contact me, they are lying, they did not at any time offered to give me a 30 day code without requiring your credit card information.
If they want to do their original shady advertising, that's fine, but don't come with the Revdex.com complaint and lie about your response to the Revdex.com About how you attempted to resolve it. That is a blatant lie.
