I am a ** out in the San Antonio Area. Two months ago -and after negotiations- we sent the subcontract package to Long Flooring for supply and installation of gym flooring and rubber flooring in a school project. [redacted] never responded either to the emails nor the phone calls sent/made to him. We needed document information to be approved by the Architect that he never sent. No communication at all. The few times that I was lucky enough to get him on the phone, he promised every time that the paperwork would flow right away but never happened. Finally and after exactly two months of precious time elapsed, I called him and he told me that he had not ordered the required samples for approval because "he was busy". I asked him that if he was so busy, then he would have time to take care of my project. His answered was a simple; "Yes, I am busy and it would be better if you find some other subcontractor". As a General Contractor and with time lines to meet, it was a very difficult situation that this man put us in. BE CAREFUL BEFORE CONTRACTING THIS COMPANY. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND MAKE SOME RESEARCH BEFORE YOU FIND YOURSELF IN THE SAME POSITION THAT I AM NOW!
