We don't do warranties without invoices and proof of date of repairs.

Review: In 2011, my car was brought in to the shop to be repaired after hitting a dog. The owner paid for the repair to my front bumper and a receipt was given to the dog owner. The bumper is peeling and the paint is coming off. The owner, [redacted], states he does not have time to look for the receipt and he is sure it has passed the 5 yr statue of limitation for the repair. He is rude and does not even try to look. I suppose he uses only paper method because he states he does not have it in the computer. I am requesting that he at find the receipt since I never received one and repair his poor quality paint job that he did. He claims that I did not take care of it and I told him that the rest of the car is fine why the bumper only. Tries to shift the blame on me. I'm very unhappy with his service, treatment and I don't appreciate being treated like an ignorant person and also rudely.Desired Settlement: I would like him to do the job right and stop making excuses.
