Please find attached a copy of the alignment specs listing both before and after work was completedMr *** is correct in that the van can have cam bolts installed however if they are not needed we do not install them because it is simply an added expenseCaster which is what causes the car to
pull or go straight is still not adjustable after installationAlignment equipment ,which we have, costs $16,however Mr *** assured us he could see with the naked eye that the vehicle was out of alignment even after we showed him not only the print out but took him in the back to show him the computerOther things could have caused his problem but he didn't want to listen to that He was beligerant and unruly in the office while other customers were there so we told him to leaveI personally believe Mr *** was taken advantage of but not by us*** *** Owner Tom's Auto Clinic

Mr. [redacted] my name is Tom Russell and I am the owner of Tom's in Gallipolis. I have already responded to the Revdex.com about your complaint, however I feel you should hear my response to you. We aligned your car with what was available on your car. Yes we could have added the cam-bolt kit at an extra expense and possibly have cured your pull problem. I looked at the specs on your car and believe my equipment is better than your eye. All measurments were within factory specs. None of this probably makes any difference to you because you just want your money back. Enclosed find a check in the amount of $45.00.
