I have contacted them at number [redacted] and they told me the guy was suppose to give me a receipt on september 20, 2014 which he did not. I have been calling ever since then to get a receipt invoice or anything...
and they tell me they cant find it. finally they tell me to call the owner of the company at [redacted] i callled him and he says he doesnt have anything to do with the towing fee or receipts he just picks up the cars and tows them there and he gets paid through the neighborhood house of milwaukee, and he tells me that I would have to google cars inc to see who I would have to call to speak to .
I call the same [redacted] back this morning and they tell me well u should have got ther receipt that day and we dont keep receipts and we cant find your invoiceso we cant help you. they have been giving me the run around for two weeks now and they got $400 from me for a tow and 3 day storage but they claim to have no receipt or invoice.
In order for Cars Inc. to look into this complaint the customer has to show proof of receipt showing it was Cars Inc. that towed her car.
If customer doesnt provide proof of receipt or any documentation proving that it was Cars Inc. who towed her car I cannot proceed with...

I only have a receipt via text message and my bank statement . Will either one suffice?
