The owner of this place is so rude. I ordered a piggy bank for a wedding gift for my nephew. When I recieved it I immediatly called [redacted] to discuss fixing it and getting a new one. I recieved it on Friday and left a voicemail that day. I called back two more times as well as emailed with pictures of what was wrong. I finally got through to talk to him a whole week later and he was so rude and honestly sounded intoxicated. I asked him how I would go about fixing it and he said that I would need to send it back and pay for shipping for their mistake. He said to walk my happy "butt" to the post office and put it in the mail. So rude. I then asked him why after all of my attempts and messages why had I not been contacted back and he stated "well we were busy, what can I say." Do not buy from this place. so unprofessional and honestly the product looked terrible. The engraving looked like it was done by someone drunk. On one of the letters the engraving was in three different spots making it completely impossible to read. The first time I spoke with this guy he seemed so nice, but that was when he was collecting payment. Please do yourself a favor and go with a place that actually cares about their products and their customers.
