Great can't be happier. Prompt, friendly, helpful, courteous. We have worked with Tom's for 15 plus years.

Excellent service

We have had Tom's Heating install and maintain our furnace and AC unit for a number of years. Their technicians are very reliable and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend them.

I have been very please with Tom's Heating. When I initially got quotes for at new furnace/AC system, they were one of four choices. Only Tom's and one other dealer explained how the system worked and why certain aspects were important. Tom himself was friendly and thorough and offered the best price of the four. Tom's had also been recommended by a coworker. Installation went smoothly. Since installation a year ago, Tom's has been responsive to questions and requests - even on Easter Sunday! They responded quickly and politely (it was operator error on my part!) In the first year we have had no problems with the system and our energy bills decrease by 1/3! We are very happy with Tom's Heating.

I had a great experience with Tom's Heating Service. From start to finish the interactions were professional. Tom came out to give me the options available for my new furnace. He did not try to oversell but gave me straight information based on my needs. The product and the price were superior to the competition. The day of the installation, the techs arrived on time. They were polite and friendly. When the job was completed, they explained the work they had done, showed me how to use the new thermostat, and asked if I had any questions. I would definitely recommend this company. Thank you Tom's Heating. Job well done.

Tom's heating replaced my furnace and A/C. His crew was very professional and did an excellent job. They were craftsmen of the highest caliber. My existing furnace was very close to failure and his price was very fair and he was able to do the job very quickly. They hauled the old equipment away and cleaned up after themselves and explained all the new features including a complex thermostat. The crew showed up when he said they would and he charged what he gave me the quote for. An honest and thoughtful businessman. It was a pleasure doing business with him and his crew.

very quick response by this business. the service tech was very friendly and very knowledgeable . he listened as I explained the problem I was having with my furnace and used my comments as a trouble shooting guide to quickly solve and repair my furnace.

Good service and courteous technicians.

A couple of years ago I had called Tom's out because my air conditioner wasn't cooling ( it was really hot that summer ) thought I was out of freon or had a leak. The guy tested the freon and then said everything was fine,but air conditioner still wasn't cooling, the air cond. tech was I felt extremely rude and condisending at the time I chalked it up to the fact he was a young kid. Then few days latter we didn't even have any cool air so we called my husband cousin who is in heating and air and had him come out , the first thing he checked was the relay switch (which was bad) and he replaced it for us. He couldn't believe that the tech from Tom's didn't check it.Then in October of this year 2014 a week and a half ago we ran the air conditioner one day when it was really warm in the house 70 degrees and it wasn't cooling so I went and looked and saw that the pipes were frozen a couple of days latter I made appoint with Toms to come out to take a look at it when talking to appoint setter she said right now it was to cold to test the freon to see if we had enough or if there was a leak I said well next week it's soppose to be warmer let me go ahead and make the appoint and if it's to cold don't come out. So the guy came out today and right away soon as he walked into the house he had an attitude like he didn't want to be here , then I showed him where the pipes were freezing and talked to him about leaks we had had in the past both inside and out , he proceeds to tell me that it's to cold to test today then opens up and checks the filters and says my problem is that my filters were dirty and that this was the problem . First of all I clean my filters four times a year and always in Oct for winter which I had planned to do after he took a look at the air conditioner .I have never had my pipes freeze because my filters were a little dirty ,it's always has happened when there has been a leak inside or outside. His whole demeanor from the beginning and the way he spoke to me I knew he wasn't going to check for anything . As he was in my kitchen I told him I certainly hope your not charging me for doing nothing but pulling my filter out and telling me it was a little dirty . He proceeded to tell me he was charging an 89.00 trip charge for coming out ( they are less than a mile from my home He could have walked here) What ever happened to good customer service? I guess they are out for the almighty dollar now. Tom's has certainly changed I have been a customer for ten years I will no longer be one after these two incidences (stick a fork in me I'm done) I will find another company that knows how to treat their customers with respect and if it's to cold out to test anything at least call and cancell the appoint which I had asked the appoint setter to do when I spoke with her. Toms used to have older techs that were knowledgable and respectful .
