monitored on evenings and weekends.  Our phone and chat feature are fully monitored at all times and customers who use either of those features receive prompt attention.  As of today we have added wording on our website that the web contact form is not for emergencies and we trust that this will eliminate the problem experienced by Mr. [redacted].  The customer will receive a follow up call today from our Service Manager to apologize for our response and verify that he is satisfied with the work performed by our technician over the weekend.
