My big blue beast had a vehicular malfunction near Merritt while I was enroute to Sun Peaks last week Based on a recommendation from the local***, I called Tom's & Merritt Towing for assistanceDarrel appeared soon thereafter and went far above and beyond; calling to help me find a new battery, chatting with my husband on my cell to make sure it was the right one and even missing his family dinner to install it for meAbsolutely awesome service and, because of his help, I arrived safe and sound at The Peaks without too much of a delayKudos are also due to the lovely lady that answered their phone when I called their offices She was efficient on the dispatching side of our conversation but also very much an engaging, helpful human being; even getting me to laugh through my somewhat stressed feelings The kindness of strangers is truly an amazing thing!!!
