Review: My husband bought a pool liner from toms pools. it was a special order liner he pd for it upfront when the liner came in we could not use it per toms pools. I called them trying to get our money they said they would talk to their attorney because the irs had seized everything from them.then they said they would mail a refund. we never received any money and they still have the liner. no way to get in contact with them any longer. we would like the money or they liner.Desired Settlement: we would like a refund or the liner.
