As I had stated in my last response, the customer has not tried to contact me to help him resolve his issuesI am waiting for him to contact me so we can help resolve thisUnfortunately he has instead chosen to go to different web sites and put negative comments and naming people he feels are involved with his complaintI cannot help or try to take care of this problem if he is not willing to spend time so we can find a suitable solution to his complaintwithout him trying to at least try to solve this with me, then this should not even be in this forum for legitimate grievances that we can rectify and ask the Revdex.com to please close this complaint [redacted] Business Development and Internet Sales DirectorToms River KIA***@ [redacted] ***

As I have already mentioned on the previous interaction, every piece of work to try to accommodate the customer was done with no charge, which we provided documentation for.I had actually helped her personally on her original complaint when she first had gotten her vehicle and provided a loaner for herAlso provided her my cell phone number during that timeShe has not to the least of my knowledge tried to get in touch with me againIf she had done so, or if it was a missed e-mail I apologizeShe must understand though, that we as a dealership is responsible only for so much, and not charging her for services on her car is done either because of our responsibility as the selling dealer or as a courtesy to the customerWe have tried to help her , but at certain times, we cannot shoulder any more costs entailed on her choice of vehicle that we did provide for herIf she does want to replace her vehicle, we will be more than happy to help but there will be costs entailed and changes in the contract because it will be trading in the vehicleNot returning the vehicle and getting a new oneThat vehicle is her vehicle [redacted]

Dear [redacted] , It is my understanding that they have in fact paid all three paymentsThere may have been some sort of misunderstanding but in the end they made good for any payments because that was part of the deal to make sure that your old lease was in fact terminatedHowever excess mileage was not taking into consideration during the negotiation aspects of the dealIf in fact we have not paid any portion of the payments we will be happy to take care of that for you however the $that was given to you as a good Will towards the mileage will be all that we can pay at this time

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:i did not give them authorization to run my credit as many times as they did the deal was to run it with kia in which I was approved and there was no reason to run the credit with anyone else I accepted the deal,they ran my credit tosee if they could get a better deal for themselves and thats why I returned the car because they changed the deal saying I wasn't approved through kia in which days later bought the same car at manahawkin kia for the same original deal they offered firstas for saying I wasn't at the dealership I was referring to the Freehold store where they also ramn my credit and was never even at the storethey are both owned by the same person,all I *want is for them to send a letter from toms river kia and freehold kia to have my inquires removed as I was told they *ould only run my credit one time at toms river kia and never gave freehold lkia permission at all to run my credit Regards, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have reached out to ***, the service manager and the GM several times regarding this last incident and have never received a response before today Not only did they not send my car to [redacted] which is what is stated in my warranty they blamed the issues I was having on the fact that I needed an oil change which I did not They performed the oil change and put the wrong oil in the car and I confirmed this with [redacted] My car takes full synthetic oil and they put a synthetic blend in The Finance Manager told me the last time I was in there that they would get me out of this,car and even said to the salesperson Ralph that it's the transmission get her out of it They came back and then said there's nothing that could be fine until I made months worth of payments I know for a fact that is not true as I've had to get out of a vehicle within the first months before when I was sold a bad vehicle after Hurricane Sandy I was even willing to stay with their dealership even though I've received terrible customer service if they could put me into a,Kia they could actually work on and knew how to fix I was told I needed to get out of their building while all the men in there stood around laughing at me I have not had a good experience with this dealership since the day I purchased it They do not want to deal with any issues at all and refuse to return emails or phone calls First time I got a response finally was only after I took to [redacted] to try and get results and now this 2nd time I had to go to the Revdex.com I should not have to escalate things to this point to get a simple response Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: They did not remove the inquires from my credit report as they promised they would and would like them to follow through with what was discussed with the owner M*** ***: I was never even in your store and never gave u permission to run my credit I would also like to see a copy of the form that gives u permission to run my credit with my signature in itAlso the Tomes River Kia dealer owner by the same person was only supposed to run my credit once with kia motors and they ran 6+ times

As per our conversation, *** *** purchased a used vehicle from our dealership 7/31/2015.** *** had concerns about her daughters credit being ranI explained that the first contract that ** *** had a high interest rate, so I shopped the banks and droped her annual percentage
rate buy over 5pts.After re-signing ** *** the contracts were then sent to her financial institution.There was a problem with shipping and ** *** contract was mis-placedWe now were able to get copies of ** *** contract to the bank, The bank approved the loan, and for Ms Saglimbeb in convenience we payed ** *** 1st car paymentAs of now everything has been handled.Thanks in advance*** ***

As you can see with the attached repair orders we have done significant diagnosis and service with no charge to the customer. We have also tried to replicate the incident that she had stated and it was not found. If she would like additional assistance she is free to contact me directly at [redacted]...

His original complaint stated that he was at the dealership several times and even received a vehicle that was returned upon his not getting his original approval.
