Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Jrsaid to keep the core for our troubles with his transmission but he said the parts were shipped, we never received them, I still want the part or I want a check for $then! If he wants the core he can have it just have it picked up!!! Regards, [redacted]

The customer canceled his orderFor that reason We refunded his money less the original shipping cost TRT
Customer ordered and received exactly the transmission we orderedWe received an invoice with the exact model transmission he wantedIt STATES ***It also asks him to reply back to this invoice with corrections if neededHe did not request a different transmission as he statesWe told him we build each transmission separately for each vehicle as the orders come inWe do have them built and ready to ship, so we can not send him another transmission without building in which means time and moneyHe received exactly what was stated on his invoiceThanks Toms River Transmission
Not sure what customer is saying concerning our websiteAll our pages state rebuilt transmission for sale, Not once is the word remanufactured usedI guess he is not too sure of what he is reading
As stated transmission must be returned to be inspected under the terms of the warrantyIf he
decided not to do that, there to no way to even determine if there is even a transmission problem

I am rejecting this response because: Clearly "QUALITY" is a factor, I did not go back to the website until getting his response, ok, REBUILT with Quality Parts, unless the Warranty Information was inside the create with the Transmission, I never got it, even the Billing was never received since the only payments they accept are through the Bank, it also mentioned free shipping for the item which was received but it was the wrong item, JR stated under the warranty that I had to pay for Return Shipping BUT am I liable when sent the Wrong Item that wouldn't work for my vehicle? To me that's the first sign of Poor Quality in a business as what I ordered was in writing with a reply from them stating the same so mistakes should not happen but it didShipping & Labor not included in the warranty so basically the warranty is junk unless I live in NJ, a Quality Transmission if using OEM PARTS should shift with ease from one through four without any hiccups or smooth, that never happened, this item shifted more like 1st to 2nd then passing gear down to 3rd then 4th as an example, I found it a nuccence and embarrassing at time but no matter, what I got should have lasted longer than days, if my only was $to install etc the add Shipping it would cost me $EACH TIME after paying $w/warranty for the Transmission, there is no logic here, I buy a lot of parts online and always OEM and there is a big difference between OEM AC DELCO & OEM JAPANESE, may look the same but the Quality isn't I have choices, they can build a new one with Quality Parts as the website says or Refund the purchase price then they can have the bad one back or I can have a Professional tear it down to see what happened and if quality parts were used if actually Rebuilt, I was told it was BUILT TO ORDER so maybe that's were a thought Remanufactured came in, if not tested prior to building it, it only takes a hairline crack to cause damage, once the faults of poor quality are found then a law suit can be filed and it wouldn't be small claims court, I too own and operate a business but I'm not in it to cheat anyone, my purpose is only to help disabled motorist stranded on the road, I will never do big Business again without checking with the Revdex.com first anything less than an A rating I would avoid

We put alot of time and money into each rebuild. $100.00 is a more than fair price, since most places will charge a 25% restocking fee.ThanksTRT
Part was never sent back because it was agreed upon that our transmission core was to be kept by mechanic in place of returning part. Since we can get the same part for $100.00, I guess customer is looking to make a profit from this complaint.Thank you TRT
