involved then just a tune up 2 of the spark plugs broke off in the cylinder head ,this is a common problem with this engine and is labor intense.[redacted] was informed of this and he informed us to proceed ,this all went well we test drove after making all repairs everything seemed fine,he called us a few days later to let us know the truck had started running bad again we said no problem still under warranty we will make it right.he did not show up he did not give us any opportunity to make this right.he decided to take it to a dealership.My technician is ASE CERTIFIED and has 13 yrs experience he has never made this kind of mistake,we would have done whatever neededto be done giving an opportunity .we believe he was taken advantage of at the Dealership we agree that it was possible we got a defective part we refunded his money for that part,we feel we deserved the right to stand behind our work and our name.Sent on: 12/22/2016 12:57:53 PMSent by: 107.216.77.7
