[redacted] is blowing this way out of proportion, and some his statements are inaccurate.  I have attached the sequence of events for review by the Revdex.com.  As you will see, this matter is being handled by our attorney, and his, at this time.  It is my understanding if a situation with a...

customer enters the legal arena with attorneys involved - that the Revdex.com doesn't get involved and cannot accept customer complaint if attorneys or litigation is already involved.  [redacted] has already agreed, through his attorney to let us correct any issues that he has with his bathroom remodel.  We have tried, for some time, to correct this problem, and [redacted] continues to go back and forth.  This is not a matter for the Revdex.com, as it is already in the hands of our attorneys, as you will see from the attachments.Feel free to contact me at ###-###-####.Mike K.General Manager

It is our standard practice to service all of our customers, and warranty our work.  If there was a problem with a dryer vent, and we were made aware of this BEFORE the customer called a different company to repair the alleged damaged dryer duct - we would have gladly repaired this, if it was...

caused by our installers.  In this case, the customer contacted somebody else before letting us know about this - and paid another company - not giving us the opportunity to look at the alleged damage.  Unfortunately, we are not able to pay for this repair bill, since we were not given the opportunity to take care of the alleged problem.

This is not an accurate representation of how we conduct business with our customers.  We do our very best to schedule convenient times to meet with homeowners, and in this specific case - we were unaware that the estimator did not make his original appointment on the initial date and time -...

until after the fact.  We do apologize that this appointment was missed.  The actions of one estimator in this incident, is in no way a true and accurate representation of our commitment to customer service, during our 25 years in business.  We do our very best to make each and every customer happy.  We did send another estimator out to visit with this customer, and that scheduled visit went exactly as planned.  The customers were pleased with the outcome, as indicated by them.  We made a follow up call after their scheduled appointment with the 2nd estimator - and the customer indicated that they were very pleased, and that the estimator was very professional.  Again, we apologize that the original estimator missed his appointment times - this is not how we conduct business, as is reflective from the positive result of the final scheduled appointment.

M[redacted]: This customer's complaint is not covered by warranty as it is related to straight line wind storm damage. Business went to address, looked at situation, and determined an estimate.Since it is storm damage, business is not doing work for free.  (4:40)

We apologize for the delays that have happened on this project.  We are currently working to resolve them, and we are replacing, at no cost to the customer, the special flooring that was damaged trying to pull it up.  This customer claims that we are not willing to negotiate on their bill...

- this customer asked for a $2000 discount.  A discount does not fix the problems the were encountered during this project - taking care of the problems so our customer has exactly what they contracted us to do is our main priority.
