Review: Toms Tress Service was paid in full back in Nov 2013 to cut down 2 trees and grind the stumps, Tom left the job site to work on another job and has not returned to finish the job. The tress were cut, however, the stumps have not been cut. The logs from the cut tress are still laying in the yard killing my grass. Several attempts were made to contact Toms Tree Service which met with negative results. When I call it goes straight to voice mail, I have left several messages which has not been returned.Desired Settlement: I want Toms Tress Service to come and finish the job they were paid to do asap! Or refund the money I paid to have the stumps grinded; so I can hire someone else to complete the job.

Review: Part of a tree that was cut down hit the outside electrical box and severely damaged it. Tom also was contracted to cut down 12 trees and only cut 10.Desired Settlement: To have electrical box replaced or refund in the amount of cost and installation of box.

Review: Tom's Tree service has been paid in full for tree cutting and stump removal. They have not completed the job that was started on April 5, 2013. The first day on the job they damaged the blacktop drive way and the roof of the house when they were cutting the trees.Tom (owner) told me he would pay for the damage they caused and would not give me insurance information because his deductible was already too high.Today, 2 months later, the job that he was paid in full for has still not been completed and he has not paid for any of the damage that he has done. I have left him several messages and he had not returned my calls.He left a note on the door on 5/6/2013 stating that his grinder broke after removing 3 of the 6 stumps and that he would get it fixed and be back soon. He has not returned or called since. ( I do not consider a month "soon")Desired Settlement: I would like the rest of the stumps removed so we can finish clearing the area and plant the grass that was to be planted 6 weeks ago. I would also like him to pay for the damage that he caused to our property. I would like his insurance information to report the incident.I do not want to wait another 2 months for the work to be done.

Review: Toms Tree Service was hired to cut down 2 trees and grind the stumps, the owner Tom required payment in full upfront. He was paid on 1 November 2013 and was due to start working on 5 November. On 5 November 2013 he started half of the job and left to cut trees down on a neighbors yard. Upon my return home from out of town on 6 Nov 2013, the job was not completed. Tom was working at the neighbors house and assured me it would be completed that day (6 Nov 2013). Tom's Tree Service has yet to come back and grind the stumps or pick up the wood. I have called several times to his business phone, which goes to his voice mail. I have left serval messages that he has yet to return. I have also called his cell phone, which does not get answered and a recording states "the mail box has not been set up to leave a message for this person". It has been a month and a half and the job has not been completed.Desired Settlement: I would like to have a refund of the amount I paid to have each stump to be grinded, that has not been done yet, so I can hire someone else to complete the job
