Review: I purchased a part in the morning. When I got home realized the part was wrong I returned the same day a few hours later. With out it being moved from my car. I was met with very rude attitude about my returned and got a percentage taken from a part that was in the trunk of my car a few hours.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my full refund.
Review: I went into this establishment to return a bumper that was purchased by my father-in-law. On the receipt it stated that there will be a 25% handling charge for all returned items. No were on the receipt stated a term or time period for returns, the bumper was purchased in Feb. The guy behind the counter refused to return my item and when asked to speak to the owner he stated he spoke for the owner and the owner would say the same. I realize that used-car-parts retailers don't attract top employee's but I would think that an operation of your size would focus a little more on customer service and satisfaction. I am sure you would have made your money back plus when re-selling the bumper with the steep handling charge at 25%, to have "Joe" put it back on the shelf. I visited your website, no such return policies exist there as well. I will never use this place again.

Refund the cost of the bumper minus the 25% "handling fee".

in regards to mr [redacted]'s complaint there is a 30 day warranty on all part's which is stated in the same same paragraph as our 25% percent return plicy. mr [redacted] was well past his warranty. the real promblem was that the wrong bumper was ordered by them and my not so top or smart employee's are not mind readers.he was also told a simple alteration on said bumper would take care of there promblem.
so had he brought back the item in his warranty period we would have refunded his money simply put
but he did not.
