Their website says "100% Money back guarantee, no questions asked" and I don't feel I should accept a 20% discount for an incorrect sized (defective) shoe, that is clearly not an official Tom Brand shoe. The stitching looks like my child could have done it, the printing in the inside of the shoe is unreadable and you can see glue near the soles of the shoe. If the shoes ran small, then it should have been noted on their website as well as a sizing chart, also, it should be noted that these are not authentic Tom Brand shoes! This is unacceptableI can send you pictures if needed, as I have also been offering to the company but no request of an "ok" to send them.

Review: On 9/**/13, I ordered via online TOMS shoes from the website tomsshoesclearance.net. On their website, they indicated a 100% money back guarantee, no questions asked and a NY City address. When the shoes arrived, they were in horrible condition. The shoes had glue all over them and missing material. They were NOT in NEW condition but rather poorly manufactured. When I contacted the website to request a refund and the return address, I was informed that a refund would take 1-2 months OR they would issue me a coupon and requested that I keep the shoes or give them to someone. They even suggested to me that I give the shoes to my local charity as a donation! As of this writing, I have yet to receive my refund OR the return address for sending the shoes back.I am of the belief that this company is a fraud and not even located in the USA. All I want is my $27.44 returned to me and the address to send back these unwanted and unusable shoes. Please help me!Desired Settlement: I would like my $27.44, plus the international fee refunded to my debit card immediately. And I would also like a USA address to return the shoes.

Review: Ordered a pair of red shoes and got a pair of shoes that is closer to a maroon.Desired Settlement: I would just like to get my money back.

Review: I ordered a pair of shoes from [redacted] which has a New York, NY address listed on its website, but the shoes ship directly from China. Which is not mentioned on their website. I ordered a women's size 9; however, when I received them they look like a size 6! I had my friend try them on who is a women's size 7 and she could hardly get her foot in them. In addition, the shoes were made of poor quality. You can see glue in the insides, the "Tom" labels are stitched horribly and uneven, and the printed writing in the inside of the shoe is unreadable. I contacted the company, and they keep giving me the run around talking about the shoe is the correct size and an authentic "Tom" brand shoe and refuse to pick the poor crafted and incorrectly sized shoe up...although they have listed on their website "100 Money Back Guarantee, no questions asked." I have been going back and forward with them for over 3 days and they are not willing to pickup or refund me for these shoes. I am out of almost $30 and have the worse looking, fake, poorly crafted impersonation of a Tom brand shoe. This company is a fake! Don't waste your time or money!Desired Settlement: The business should honor their 100% money back guarantee listed on their website, inform customers that the product is not an authentic Tom Brand shoe, that the product ships and is manufactured in Chine, and that their sizing is not the same as the real Tom brand shoes.

Review: I ordered a pair of Toms Shoes from the website [redacted] 12/*/13 for a Christmas gift for my daughter. We did not receive the shoe until 12/**/13 and it shipped from China. Not only are the shoes entirely too small but the shoes do not look like an authentic pair of Toms. The back label is not centered, the threading is not neat and there is glue clearly on around the sole of the shoe. In addition, the print on the inside sole is misprinted. I took pictures of the shoe and compared it with a new pair of Toms in a store here locally. The shoes are completely falling apart. I went back to the website and noticed a 100% guarantee refund. I immediately returned the shoes via priority mail the next day to the address on the site and emailed to let the company know that we were unhappy and had returned the shoe expecting full refund. I have been getting the run around ever since with back and forth emails, etc. But no resolution. They received the shoes as of Monday 12/**/13 but still no refund. They emailed me and recommended that they send us a new shoe (different size) and I give them to someone else or sell them but added that I would need to pay them an additional fee.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund of $27.44.
