Review: failed to meet his contractual obligations. On May 8th Tonda delivered carpet but did not have enough to do the complete job. A substitute offered was not acceptable. They took back the carpet and reordered. Carpet was supposed to come in on the 25 or 26 of May. He could not give a firm date. I made numerous telephone calls, and some e-mails, plus letters that Tonda did not respond to concerning the order. On June 6, I drove to Tonda. He said that he had ordered the wrong color. I cancelled the order. Since then I have been trying to get my deposit back to no avail.Desired Settlement: Obtain full deposit back.Warn potential consumers in the locality about Tonda's unprofessional responses.
