My husband has been a patient of Drxxxxx for over a year We are very happy with his service and care This complaint is not about Drxxxxx He is wonderful
My husband had a serious medical situation in which I had to take him to a local doctor to better care for his issue In order for this doctor to care properly for my husbands condition, she needed his records She put in a request to Drxxxxx office
days later, they had not received the records yet I called xxxxx office to ask them to please send them over so he can be treated The receptionist said "He will no longer be allowed to come to this office He will no longer be a patient here I'll get to it when I can." VERY RUDE!!
I explained to her that my husband had a serious medical condition and could not get care until those records were sent to her
more days go by Still nothing I call again pleading with the receptionist to send the records by the end of the business day Friday so he can have
