Sent back a product, 4/22/2019, and canceled the auto ship. I received an RMA from a Jamie *** on 4/22/2019.
Started this Tone fire stuff in December 2018. Decided it was not working. I thought it was a free trial with just shipping charged. I continued to receive the products but I returned the shipments. I received product in Jan, Feb, Mar. and April. Tonefire kept removing money from my account, unauthorized. I could not stop the drafts on my account unless it cam from Tonefire. I called to verbally cancel the account in April 2019. I was told they had no record of the returned shipments because I had not done it correctly. For the April shipment (***)I spoke with a Jamie(***) to receive an RMA number. I was told to put the RMA number on the out side of the returned box and put it in the mail for shipping back. Ones the warehouse received the box with the RMA number on it the refund would be processed. It is now a month later and no refund has showed up in my bank account. I called and talked to Amy (***) 5/21/2019, concerning the missing refund. She indicated I needed a tracking number. I do not have a tracking number. After much discussing I was offered a 75% refund. I refused the refund and they the offered me a 100% refund. Upon processing the 100% refund she had an issue and would send a "concern" up to the manager for review. Then I would receive a call back in 24 to 48 Hours.

Desired Outcome

100% refund of the January, February, March and April shipments.

I was not allowed to speak with a supervisor to go over my complaint
I ordered the garnicia on a trial, in order to proceed I had to order the other product. I got them on the 20th of December and on the 28 of December I called to cancel the subscription because the product made my stomach hurt severely. I was told it was cancelled. I did not receive another package until Feb 4. I called the company again and told them I had cancelled and I would return product. I checked my credit card and I was billed $78.95 and $78.90 for the two products I never received. I called the company again and the young lady was very rude, she kept insisting that she needed to make me understand, why I was being billed, I kept trying to tell her I canceled in December and never received the product in January. I felt like I was being billed for the trial less shipping that I paid.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund credited to my credit card and to be able to speak to a manager when problems arise

MY CREDIT CARD WAS REFUNDED THE FULL AMOUNT AS I HAD ASKED FOR. COMPLAINT IS CLOSED BY ME

I cancelled my free trial was promised a 50% refund in 10 days &a call.Neither have occurred.Now they want me to wait another 10 days.It's been 22days

1/7 9:38am EST agent#*** Neville cancelled order confirmation# ***,confirmed a 50% refund. I used a prepaid card to pay for the trial($4.95) & he could not process the refund because the card wouldn't accept it. He made notes for mgmt to assist because he could not change the card# in the system
1/8 8:16am agent did not identify himself. He could not update cc & put his flr supr agent #*** Callander on the phone. She put me on hold multiple times, would not give me the corporate address,& eventually hung up on me after a 30min off & on hold.

1/8 8:49am agent *** Natia told me because it was a prepaid card that is probably why it wouldn't process the refund & because it had been 5x they couldn't di it again. She and her flr suprv said they would put in a request for a check to be issued. Wait 5-10 business days for it to process. Contact them if I had not received it by then

1/30 agent #*** Tianna she said she saw the bored from the 8th & the 25th that my concerns were sent to billing & they are processing. I should wait another 10 days for follow up

Desired Outcome

I would like my refund processed immediately. I can provide a new credit card for them to use. I had agreed to 50% but at this juncture and for the extended time, aggravation, shady business practices, I would like the full $79.95 returned.

The company refunded 50% of the $79.95 once they were made aware of the complaint. They are not a reliable company in my opinion and I will NEVER order anything from them again!

Wish I had the option of no star! This company is a complete rip off. Paid $4.95 shipping to try product free. Had to cancel within 14 days. I cancelled mine on the 14th day. I was charged $79.95, and they said that I would not receive a refund! Ordered January 12, 2019 at today is January 26. My 14 days is not up until midnight! I will contact my bank to stop this charge and also contact a lawyer! By the way it's a bunch of foreigners so hard as *** to understand them!!!

I ordered bottle and paid the $4.99 shipping. ON December 24th 2 withdrawals of $79.50 taken out of my account .

I called the company and they said they could not give me my money back. I did not give them permission to go into my account and remove money

On December 2, 2018, I saw an ad about Tone Fire Forskolin. The ad was about Joanna Gaines taking their product and losing weight. (Later I found that this wasn't even true, they just use different celebrities names.) The ad said to try a free trial and just pay the shipping. They also offered a free trial for Tone Fire Garcina and I decided to try that as well. So I paid for the shipping for both products and received the package it 2-3 days later. I had forgotten about the order and the unopened package until today when I found two charges on my bank account. One charge for $79.95 and the other charge for $79.98. Today (12/18/2018) I called the number on my invoice (855)-894-9720 to question the charges. I spoke to Agent 146 and she told me that I gone over the 14 day period to cancel the subscription and get a refund and that I had authorized this reoccurring payment when I made the order. I probably looked over the fine print about authorizing a subscription but I definitely did not understand that I would have reoccurring charges. The agent was able to cancel my subscription and said I would not have anymore charges in the future. (My cancellation number is ***). I searched to see if other people have had this happen with this company and I found multiple postings of customers being surprised by these extra charges. So there is definitely a problem with this company deceiving customers into thinking they are just trying a trial product and masking the details of being charged more a few weeks later if you don't cancel the subscription. (I didn't even know I had entered into a subscription) They are wonderful at advertising their product and selling it, but they also need to put in bold letters that "if you don't call us in 14 days then we will charge you $79 for each product. "Why didn't they do this? Because they know that they wrote the details in such a way that most of us would overlook it while we are multi-tasking and ordering their product off our phones. So now they have unhappy customers with multiple unopened pill bottles and multiple charges on our accounts..but at least they have our money and our unknown authorizations.

I would like a refund for the last two charges I received on December 15,2018 for $79.98 and on December 16, 2018 for $79.95.

Like pulling teeth trying to cancel your order and obtain a refund for a product that was never supposed to be shipped.
I purchased a trial product that had a 14 day trial period associated. On day 14, I emailed company with my cancelation. They didn't respond. about 2 week later, I received a charge on my bank statement for the product that I canceled. Today, nearly a month later, I received another charge of over twice the amount of the first charge. I called the phone number associated with the company on my bank statement and disputed the charges with the Customer service rep (Kioni, or Keoni) who continued on provoking me with additional offers to reduce my membership fees (which I didn't sign up for... very misleading). I repeatedly asked her to cancel my order and refund my money as I have canceled this product over a month ago. She refused to help me. I asked for her supervisor and she refused to get somebody to help me. After battling with her for nearly 15 minutes over the same concerns, she attempted to hang up with me by telling me that she had other customers that she needed to tend to. I told her that she wasn't done tending to my customer issues and that I demanded to speak with her supervisor and would be willing to hold until they are available. After a short hold, her supervisor (Nina) gets on the phone and we start the dialog all over again. She refuses to refund my money. After arguing my point again and again, she puts me on hold to see if my story checks out. It turns out, that their email address that I sent the cancellation to was changed around the time to canceled to a different address, and they they never received my cancellation due to it going to a wrong email address.. I submitted my info to [email protected], and the new address is [email protected]. Either way, you cannot cancel by email, they require you to call them. This was not communicated to me when placing the order.
After she agrees to refund my charges due to their error, she refuses to refund the shipping charges as this is charged by USPS, and not them, "and if I have a problem with it, I need to take it up with USPS."
This whole experience was a nightmare!

I want a full refund including any shipping charges and $100 for harassing me over the phone. Very poor business practice.

I never received the free trial products. I calked o cancel my order, order was not canceled. Was still charged on November 24 for a month supply.
On Nov 3 I was charged for a slim subscription of $19.93 and the shipping fee of$9.89 for the free trial bottles of tone fire. I emailed customer service on Nov 3 stating I didn"t ordered the slim subscription. I calked a week later to cancel any further orders being sent to me.I have never received my free trial. On November 24 I was being charged $39.95 for the tone fire. I was tolded that I can not return the product if I do get it and can only get a 50% refund on the newer charge.I was able to get the slim magazine refund. I would like the refund of the rest of tge money I have paid.

Find this advertisement of a weight-loss supplement. They said I have to pay only $4.95 for shipping I agree to the terms and then receive a notification from *** fraud alert that there's suspicious activity going on there. I called the customer service center from where I ordered the product I told him that I want the 14 day free trial for $4.95% and that's it. I told them not to automatically renew my subscription and they said they cannot do that they tried to charge me twice I'm a credit card so I knew something fishy was going on. As an auditor, I know ERP systems, even the most basic ones have an option where you could either automatically renew or not. Alan decided to cancel my order right away even when I told him I want my 14 day free trial four $4.95 a month I receive it if I like it I'll call back and order again. He disregarded all of that, told me that the order has been canceled and quickly hung up. I called again and the man had to speak to Allen and this lady said that he is not available. I received a call from *** fraud protection system saying that they tried charging it three times. But since they automatically reversed the charge right away chase bank could not do anything about it. They directed me to file threw the Revdex.com and report this fraudulent online company *** is sending me a new credit card in the mail, I tore up and shredded the one I used for the purchase. I would like to report this because chase bank even stated that they are try to pull some kind of fraud off. I do not want any other people getting money stolen from them and report that they are falsely advertising by not stating that the 14 day free trial will be automatically renewed. I believe they tried charging me three times for the product itself and then $4.95 for shipping. Please check up on them and give them off the websites so they can't scam any other people.
