Review: I purchased 2 print cartridges from TonerGreen.com on October 25, 2012. One cartridge worked fine. The second cartridge printed thick black lines on anything I printed. I called TonerGreen.com in August of 2013 and spoke to [redacted]. I explained the issue and Mr. [redacted] told me he would email a return authorization label to return the cartridge. I never received the label and had forgotten about the return. I recently contacted Mr [redacted] through email when I was able to locate the email I did receive from him (did not include return label.) Mr. [redacted] responded that now the cartridge was out of warranty as of October 2013 and they would not replace it. I explained that the initial complaint was made in August 2013. TonerGreen.com has a 2 year warranty on their products as advertised on their website. Here is the policy:http://www.tonergreen.com/tonergreen-return-policy My purchase of October 2012 is well within that 2 year period. After speaking a second customer service person,[redacted], she confirmed that my warranty period was expired and there was nothing further she could do. TonerGreen.com simply did not want to honor the warranty on their product.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund on the faulty cartridge - $25.99.Thank you for your help in this matter.

Their order is still within the warranty period and we are allowing them to return the faulty product for a refund or a replacement.
