These people are so incompetent weeks and I still haven't gotten my orderGo s o me where else

I ordered two HP color cartridges from Tonerlot on August 28, When the cartridges arrived I opened one and insterted it my printer, which immediately rejected it with the error message "Color Cartridge Failed Replace." I tried for half hour to fix the error message by removing and reinserting the cartridge, but to no avail the printer would not work because the cartridge was defective I immidiately called customer service and was told that I would get an email with a prepaid posal address and that I should return both cartridges for a FULL refund I did so, with a note explaining that the cartridge was defective and that I was hereby requesting "a full refund" in accordance with the representations made by Tonerlot's customer service However, Tonerlot took 33% of the cost of the item and refused to refund that balence to me Had I been informed that it would not refund the full amount, I would not have returned the unopened cartridge in the hope that it would work I was incontact with Tonerlot several times through email and they refused to do anything for me I did nothing wrong here and should not be penalized at all They sent me a defective cartridge and refused to refund the full amount of my purchase in accordance with their representations I would avoid doing business with this company There products may be defective and they will not refund your full purchase price Caveat Emptor
