reimbursement check for that amount on 2/27/

May of 2014. We have sold over 300 cars in that time and I have never had a customer
handle or that was unreasonable. The customer still owes Lawson Motorsports 2, $500
couple had very challenged credit, so we dropped the price on both vehicles over $2,00
When we sold both cars to them, they signed an Implied Warranty page with their doc
that they would receive a 90 Day/3,000 mile warranty on their vehicles, Covers the
engine, transmission and drive train. If it's not one of those parts going out, Lawson Mo
covering it. Both of their vehicles to this day are still running fine because we see them
received a warranty from Superior, a third party lender; which has nothing to do with
Lawson Motorsports 2 let the customer know that because we were discounting the veh
happened we would not be able to take care of it. We intentionally said this because the
have some maintenance that has to be resolved. I honestly didn't have to offer to buy he
like confrontation at all. Lawson Motorsports 2 literally sold the couple their vehicles t
literally done everything I can do for the couple. I have never had to deal with anything
please let me know if I need to get an attorney. This complaint doesn't have anything to
Motorsports of Webb City, so any other information needs to be sent to the correct busi

Fred Bunny purchased a 2007 Nissan Titan 4door Pick up 2wd
and [redacted] purchased a 2007 Saturn I guess for his daughter
Johnnie Bunny cause she got denied on two other vehicles from us the week Pryor to her dad buying
this one for her.
After he purchased the Nissan truck he came back in and said that it was throwing a, code, I told him It
was probably an h2 sensor or a cadilac exhaust sensor. 1 told him that I drive a truck'with 3 codes on It
every day and that if the truck ran fine we probably wouldn't fix this for him.
I came down from 11,900,
To 9,900. to get him financed into the truck casue he sadi he really needed a good
truck, then he came back in a few day later and said the back was leaking. I told him no problem it was
probably the back up light so I sealed around the light andf he wanted me to fix jis back passenger [redacted] I fixed this too. $400.00
We put a 90 day warranty on all of our vehicles we sale that covers the engine, tranny, and rear end if
they blow up. We replace them free parts and labor?
Then he came back after it rained again and said that the back was still leaking so I told him I would have
them look into the back rear window cause that is the only other thing it could be.
I had it fixed at Pittsburg auto glass for $200. more dollars.
Now we have came down and lost over 3100. on a used truck so we could get him I to a good
dependable truck.
Then a few days later his wife came in and wanted a suv
We tried two different cars and she got declined on them because of her credit
She said er dad might come in and by a car and let her make the payments, I told ho that if a lender
knows that's whets hes doing they don't like to do that cause they like the owner to aye an investment
in It, the next day her dad came in and filled out a credit app on the 2006 Mercury ountineer for
$6500. he got approved and the day he was going to sig the loan docs the vehicle st= rted acting up, so I
told them if they wanted to since they are close to the other lot, they could go by an pick out another
SUV and I would try and work It our for them.
They did do this and they found the Saturn Outlook it was priced at $7900, and I tild im if he really
wanted it then we could switch It over but we were not going to make a dime on It. hey both seemed
really happy and went ahead to do the new 2007 Saturn Outlook,
When they got back to the lot she was exstotic about the vehicle that I think her da had bought for her
and she was talking about how much they loved this suv better than the other Mou 'neer SUV, I told
them I'm really glad but, I told them we actually lost money getting them Into this ve icle and that the
only thing we will honor Is the 90 day warranty if anything else broke It was on them They all agreed
and took the car, signed the implied warranty and understood by signing this that It as a binding legal
document and that it only had the power train warranty on it, Which Is what we do n all our cars.
Since then they have called several times gripping and acting like we sold them a cou le of lemons,
Brian has spoke to her on several occasions to try and work some thing out and she j ist keeps talkig bad
about us and now is going onto our web site and telling everyone bad things?
Their complaint Is there Is a code that is saying the cadilac converters are bad, again told them several
times my truck says the same thing and that I drive it every day. I even told Fred if hi truck started
runnign bad we would have it looked at then, but until then we will not fix a It lig t, cause a lot of
cars have them and they aren't always right?
on X-XX-XX at 11;07am Brian called Johnnie Bunny hind offered to buy both of the v hicles back from
them including the down payments. She told him no that that's not what they want, hey want to keep
both of their vehicles? Brian said why you think they are [redacted] and said you don't wan them and she said
she is going to call the american generals office, and a lawyer. Ile said go ahead and all them cause
legally we have done nothing wrong at all. We have paid over and above what our 0 n warranty covers

He wanted me to log all of this down so we will have record that he offered to buy oth of their vehicle
back today and that they refussed It.
