The trash they are talking about ($75) they did not pick up - we had another company pick it up They took all of July, August and September's money for the one pickup they did Still nothing said about their filthy mouth - guess this is part of their company practice in dealing with their customers and you can be sure they will not be getting a recommendation of their services from us We do not owe them anything

In order to respond to this complaint in the most complete manner, I will need to
give you a brief history of the companyOn October 29, the sole owner of Sanitation Solutions, *** ***, was struck by a semi and killed while picking up a customers trashAn announcement of the death and multiple stories were broadcast on both radio as well as the local area newspapersIn an effort to keep the company going and not lose the inheritance for Mr***' children, Mrs*** *** Maloy (***'s mother) and *** *** (***'s sister) immediately began running the companyMrs*** as well as Mrs*** continue to be employed full time outside of running Sanitation SolutionsAt that time of Mr*** death there was only one other employee, the driver that services Mr***'s address for residential service
In reviewing our records it appears that Mr*** had been a customer of Sanitation Solutions since approximately 12/01/Mr*** had established over the years a routine of placing his trash in a certain spot at the end of his property for pick up on Tuesday morningsOn July 19, at 7:pm Mr*** called Sanitization Solutions and left a message stating that he had been on vacation and left his trash out but it was not in the usual location and it was not picked upWe had no prior communication from Mr*** informing us that he would be on vacation and that the trash would be in a different location than had been established years priorThere was in fact a delay in returning Mr***'s initial phone call as I needed to contact the driver and ascertain the rationale for not picking up Mr***'s trashOn July 20, Mr*** left a message stating that it was "crazy" that we did not pick up his trash that was located 10-feet from the road and requested to know when his "billing thing" runs outA return phone call was made to Mr*** on July 24, 2016, the call was directed immediately to voice mail where I left a message stating that the driver was at Mr***'s residence at 8:31am on July but the trash was not available to the driver to collectWithout prior instruction from the property owner our drivers will not go onto a customer's property to gather what appears to be trash when that is not in that location during past pick-upsMr*** did call back at approximately 8:30pm but I was on the phone with another customer and was unable to answerI do not return phone calls to customers after 8pm as I feel this is inappropriateMr*** again left several messages on July 25, I returned Mr***'s call in the evening and the call was again directed immediately to voice mailI left a message informing him that his account was paid through the end of SeptemberI returned a call again on the evening of July 26, and was again directed to voice mail, I left a message asking if his trash was picked up on July 26, I again tried to reach Mr*** on July 26, and was again directed to voice mailI apologized to Mr*** for the inability to reach me and explained to Mr*** that I work a full time job during the day and return phone calls in the eveningI explained that the owner of the company had been killed and that we were trying to help outMr***, CDL licensed driver, frequently did not answer the phone while he was driving so this practice had been established prior to this dateI also informed Mr*** that we would be more than happy to discontinue his service at any time and refund the remaining balance on his accountI requested that he contact me with his desire and have, as of this date not gotten a response from him
Since we received this complaint it appears that Mr*** would no longer like to receive services from Sanitation Solutions, therefore we will be discontinuing his service after pick up on August and refunding the amount of *** His request that we "answer the phone" is impossible for me as I am employed full time as a nurse practitioner in a hospitalI feel that my patients deserve my uninterrupted attention while I am caring for themMrsMaloy and I will continue to run Sanitation Solutions for the children of Mr*** until the estate can be settled and other arrangements can be made
