According to Tongass Federal Credit Union’s Membership and Account Agreement any service fees incurred during attempts to locate a member may be charged to the member’s account at an amount set forth by the Rate and Fee Schedule According to Tongass Federal Credit Union's VISA Credit Card Agreement the Issuer will send to Cardholder, at monthly intervals determined by Issuer, a statement reflecting for the prior monthly period all VISA Card and related Card transactions Such statement shall be deemed correct and accepted by Cardholder and all holders of Related Card unless Issuer is notified to the contrary in writing within days of mailing of such statement When the statements were returned to the Credit Union the mail processor followed procedure and charged the member’s account for the returned mail, not realizing that policy does not allow for the fee to be charged for credit card statements After review, the errors were corrected and the aggregate amounts charged were verified to be a total of $ This amount was then refunded to the account and multiple attempts were made to contact Mr***, but were unsuccessful In response to his request that his account be closed with TFCU, a cashier’s check will be available for Mr [redacted] to pick up at his earliest convenience, or he may contact us with a current address and the check will be mailed to him ***SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS REDACTED BY Revdex.com***
